Raku Rhody-O will be different this year! Our 2005 project is a giant freestanding fire sculpture, designed by Thomas Ladd. Once fired It will remain on site as a piece of public art. (more)

Raku Rhody-O offers opportunities to experience and participate in a contemporary American version of an ancient Japanese ceramic technique. Our Fire Arts Festivals present demonstrations, hands-on activities, education and entertainment for artists, children, and the rest of us. Our traveling raku kilns are available for school and other educational opportunities for the public.

CenterCity Contemporary Arts showcases a diverse array of fine contemporary hand-crafted gifts from artists and artisans living and working in Rhode Island.
